Photo tips

Automatic cropping only removes the background. A photo that is sharp, lit well and framed tightly comes out best, with or without it. Four rules:

  1. Daylight near a window, no flash (the blister reflects it).
  2. Hold the card straight and let it fill most of the frame.
  3. Plain background if you can.
  4. Second photo: the back of the card or the car out of the box.
